It's natural to have questions when there's significant investment at stake. Here are answers to some of our most asked questions!

Orientation

Do you do orientation phone/video calls?

Yes! We can explain to you, step by step, all our process. Just tell us your availability so we can schedule a call.

Do I need to have Copyright License songs for my videos?

Definitely YES! Music is a great part of life. It is easy to identify ourselves to some songs, lyrics, authors, and singers. And that is why the selection of music on your wedding day is very important.

Unfortunately we cannot use any song we would like for the Wedding Video(s), as this may have Legal implications. The selection of songs for the Wedding Video(s) must have the option of purchasing the ‘Rights of Use’ by the Author and/or Record Label. 

For this, we, the Wedding Videographers, already have Annual Subscriptions to web pages that offer songs with the option of buying the License or Copyright to use. 

If you wish to choose the songs for your Wedding Video Project, we suggest sending us a list of the songs you found and liked on the preview websites mentioned above. 

We can also choose them for you, as many couples do! The day of the wedding my team will be aware of the mood and the music playing that day. So the vibe of the Video(s) goes according to what happens on that day.

Booking

Do you book more than one event per day?

That's a big NO NO. When you sign with us, you sign exclusivity with the company. We believe in giving you our 100% and more!  On that day, we are solely focused on you.

What documents will I receive?

After we finalize the details for that day, you and your wedding planner will receive an Invoice and Contract from us containing all the discussed information.

When and how can we pay?

Our service is divided in two payments.

(1) The First Payment is for 'Saving the Date'; and it must be make as soon as possible, so you don't loose your spot on our calendar. 

(2) The Final Payment is done one week before the wedding. You are going to receive an email with a friendly reminder of this Final Payment Due.

We accept: Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, ATH Movil, Personal Check, and Cash.

At the Wedding

The 'Coverage Hours' are continuous?

Yes, once we begin, our coverage hours are uninterrupted, including during our meal break.

How is your working flow?

While we are attentive to details and present throughout the process, our approach is discreet, allowing you to enjoy the moment without feeling our presence, focusing on capturing natural and candid footage. But feel free to request any unique or original shots! We love to be creative and add a personal touch to your final product!

Do we eat?

Absolutely! Haha, we're not robots. When we provide services for five hours or more, clients must provide a hot meal to our team, typically consisting of the Lead Videographer and Assistant.

Final Product

How long do we have to wait for our video(s)?

According to the contract, you will receive your final product no later than five months after your wedding day. Our editing team is exceptional and we typically deliver within two to four months!

Do you record everything?

Regardless of the package you choose, we understand that you might want more after receiving your video. That's why we always record as much footage as possible in advance, allowing you the option to upgrade later.
